What we collect
Account details (name, email), booking information (party size, requested date, delivery address), payment metadata from Stripe (we never see full card numbers), guest email addresses you enter to send invites, and party chat messages you send.
How we use it
To confirm and deliver your booking, process refunds and top-ups, send transactional email (invites, RSVPs, chat digests, cancellation confirmations), and improve the service. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Guest emails
Email addresses you enter to invite guests are used only to send the invite, RSVP reminders, calendar links, and party-related notifications for that specific booking. Guests can unsubscribe from party emails at any time from the invite footer.
Party chat retention
Chat messages are stored for the life of the booking so that late-joining guests can catch up. They're visible only to the host and invited guests of that party. When a booking is deleted, its chat is removed with it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store the payment ID, amount, currency, and status so we can reconcile refunds and top-ups; we never store card numbers or CVCs.
Cookies
Used for session (keeping you signed in) and basic product analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — email hello@mysterymailparty.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
