Booking
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with notice.
Cancellation
Reschedules accepted with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
Conduct
Mystery parcels are provided for in-event use. Resale or redistribution is not permitted.
Liability
Mystery Mail Parties is not liable for venue, guest or third-party damages outside our direct control.
