Booking & deposits
Bookings are confirmed once your deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due before your event ships. Prices, seat counts and delivery windows shown at checkout are the ones we honour.
Changing your party size
You can add seats up to your host cut-off; additional seats are billed at the current per-guest rate. You can also reduce guests in blocks of five and we'll refund the per-seat amount for each removed block, subject to the deposit floor. Deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, a deposit secures your date and cannot be returned, including if you cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your party dashboard while the booking is in deposit paid, payment received or scheduled. We refund every non-deposit payment on the booking back to the original card, mark the booking cancelled and email you a confirmation. The deposit itself is never refunded. Reschedules are accepted with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
Guest invites & chat
Hosts can invite guests by email. We use those addresses only to deliver the invite, RSVP reminders, and party-related notifications. Party chat messages are visible to the host and invited guests of that party, and are retained for the life of the booking so that late-joining guests can catch up.
Conduct
Mystery packages are provided for in-event use. Resale, redistribution, or public performance of the materials is not permitted.
Liability
Mystery Mail Parties is not liable for venue, guest or third-party damages outside our direct control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
